Refund policy

We hope your purchase exceeds your expectations!  Our goal is to make our policies easy to read and as customer friendly as possible while realizing that there are some situations, such as chewing, that are outside of our control (but we will still help).  

The below policies apply to all products purchased on www.CarmellaAndRose.com.  

 

Exchanges


  • You can exchange your product within 30 days at no cost to you.
  • Please note, if the product is damaged or returned damaged then please refer to our chew through policy and we will be happy to ship you a new product for $25, no questions asked.

 

Lifetime Warranty


  • All products come with a lifetime warranty that covers all manufacturers defects. No questions asked. 
  • Carmella & Rose covers the cost of shipping for all manufacturing defects.

 

Chew Warranty

We understand that pups sometimes get into mischief and we want to help.  


  • For $25 we will replace your damaged product which includes shipping back the damaged product and shipping a new product to you.
  • Carmella & Rose will pay for the labor, the $25 is to help cover shipping and the products components.
  • Below are the chew warranty steps
    • Purchase a chew warranty product by going to this link, https://www.carmellaandrose.com/products/chew-warranty
    • A return label will be sent to your email within 1 business day
    • Apply the return label and put your damaged product in your mailbox with the flag up
    • Once the damaged product is received, we will ship you a new product

 

Returns

  • All products (used and unused) can be returned within the 30-day trial period at no cost to you.
  • Please note, if the product is damaged or returned damaged then please refer to our chew through policy (located in this policy) and we will be happy to ship you a new product for $25, no questions asked.
  • Returns can be requested without having to create an account. Simply follow the below steps.
    • Click on the return request link, https://shopify.com/64501874901/account
    • Enter the email that was used during the purchase
    • Go to your email and copy the verification code that was sent
    • Paste in the verification code
    • Click the Request Return button for the product you wish to return
    • We will send a return label to your email within 1 business day
    • Put the label on and simply drop the item in your mailbox with the flag up

 

Exceptions

If you purchased a Carmella & Rose product at a retailer then your purchased is covered under the retailer’s return policy.
